Three Graces

Three Graces

There aren't very many pretty scenes on the Oregon Coast that I haven't photographed, and this past weekend I checked off another one. The Three Graces are a cluster of several (more than three) rocks just inside the mouth of Tillamook Bay. The rocks are right next to the highway on the outskirts of the little town of Garibaldi and I've driven by them oh so many times thinking, "I really need to stop here sometime." This past weekend I was on that part of the coast and had some time at sunset to grab the shot. I chose to use my drone (The DJI Mavic Pro 2) to capture the scene. When you have the ability to place your camera precisely where you want it, it makes composing unique shots of oft-shot locations easy as pie. This is a three-shot vertical panorama that I assembled and toned in Lightroom Classic, with a little bit of pixel bending In Luminar 3 to finish the deal.
This. So good.
This. So good.
